Acceptance of these terms

By visiting this website or engaging Cyber Mouse Corporation (“Cyber Mouse”) for services, you accept these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the site or engage Cyber Mouse for services.

Services offered

Cyber Mouse offers three engagement types:

Fractional support — part-time, embedded help under a recurring engagement.

Project work — discrete builds with defined scope, timeline, and price.

AI coaching and upskilling — individual and team coaching, cohorts, and targeted workshops.

Specific terms of each engagement (scope, deliverables, fees, schedule) are documented in a separate engagement letter or statement of work signed by both parties.

Engagement and scope

Every paid engagement begins with a written scope. Work outside that scope is either added to the engagement by mutual agreement and additional fees, or declined. Scope changes are not implied or assumed.

Fees and payment

Fees, schedule, and acceptance criteria are defined in the engagement letter for each project. Invoices are payable per the terms stated in the engagement letter. Late or unpaid invoices may pause work until balances are settled.

Intellectual property

Unless an engagement letter states otherwise:

Client deliverables. Work product specifically created for your engagement is yours to own once paid for in full.

Pre-existing materials. Tools, frameworks, code libraries, prompts, and methodologies that Cyber Mouse developed prior to or independently of your engagement remain Cyber Mouse's property, with a perpetual license granted for your continued use of any such materials embedded in your deliverables.

Confidentiality. Information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to perform the work, unless explicitly approved otherwise.

AI tools and your data

Cyber Mouse uses AI models (e.g., Claude by Anthropic) as part of its workflow. Your data may be processed by these models when needed to complete the work. Cyber Mouse selects AI vendors with reasonable privacy and security practices and does not opt your data into third-party model training.

Warranties and limitations

Cyber Mouse performs services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for any specific purpose, and Cyber Mouse's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Public references

Cyber Mouse may mention an engagement publicly (for example, on the website or in marketing materials) only with the client's prior approval. Mutual NDAs are available on request.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement at any time with written notice. Fees due for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York State, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Updates to these terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
