This Privacy Policy describes the information Cyber Mouse Corporation collects when you interact with this website or engage with its services, how that information is used, and your rights with respect to it.

Information collected

Cyber Mouse collects two kinds of information.

What you provide. When you submit the contact form, send an email, or engage Cyber Mouse for services, the information you share (name, email, company, message contents, project details) is stored in a private database.

Information gathered automatically. The website logs basic technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed — for security and aggregate usage analytics. Cyber Mouse does not use third-party advertising trackers.

How the information is used

Information you provide is used only to respond to your inquiry, deliver agreed services, and stay in touch about the engagement. Technical data is used to keep the site running and to detect abuse.

Cyber Mouse does not sell information, share it with marketers, or use it to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.

Third-party services

The website and services are operated using a small set of trusted vendors:

Vercel hosts the website and processes contact form submissions.

Supabase provides the database that stores form submissions and site content.

Anthropic provides the AI capabilities used in some of the connected tools, subject to Anthropic's own privacy practices.

These providers process information on behalf of Cyber Mouse under their respective privacy policies, which apply alongside this one.

Data retention

Inquiry and engagement records are retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to maintain ongoing client relationships and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your information at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Your rights

You can ask Cyber Mouse to:

• Confirm what information about you is on file.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information from the database (subject to record-keeping requirements).
• Stop processing your information for any specific purpose.

Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies needed for site functionality (for example, the admin session cookie used to authenticate the content editor). No tracking cookies, no third-party advertising cookies.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. Cyber Mouse does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the website prior to taking effect.
